Computer work very slow on Windows Vista and higher is very disturbing, especially when we're working, then of course a slow computer work will make use of our time becomes longer and also sometimes makes the computer to stop responding. But wait, in the Windows Vista and higher there is a feature that gives us the facility to add RAM to help Flash-drive, the facility was called the 'Ready Boost'. You can choose how much RAM you want to be added as the needs and capacity of your flash memory


So, what is meant by ReadyBoost?
Ready Boost is a disk-caching software component of Windows Vista and later Microsoft Operating Systems. Readyboost allows us to use our Flash memory to be a media for Additional RAM to speed the computer. In using ReadyBoost, which must be considered is the need for the added RAM Flash Memory capacity us.Well here I will explain on how to use ReadyBoost for Windows 7 and Windows 8.
(I'm Using Windows 8)

1. Plug your Flashdrive into a USB port (I use Flash Drive with a capacity of 3.71GB)
2. Right-click and click properties on your flashdrive. The same way the Microsoft Windows Vista and Microsoft Windows 7.
   
3. Once the Properties window opens, click the ReadyBoost
4. Click on one of the existing circles.
1. 'Do not use this device' means that you don't want your device for ReadyBoost Caching
2. 'Dedicate this device for ReadyBoost' means that you want your device to be fully used for ReadyBoost caching
3. 'Use this device' allowed you to adjust how much capacity you use a flash drive for ReadyBoost caching depends on the capacity of the flash drive and how fast you want it
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. I use 3.4 GB or 3400MB of my device (flashdrive) for ReadyBoost caching.
   
   
    
6. Click 'Ok'
