Creating a Powerpoint Presentation Correctly
Most people who make a powerpoint presentation sometimes made some mistakes, such as the placement of the less fit or content that is too complicated. Therefore, I will show you some ways to make a powerpoint presentation.
So let's get Started.....
But, before that you need a PowerPoint program, you can use Microsoft Office Powerpoint, Kingsoft Office Powerpoint, Prezi, etc.
The following are some common mistakes made when creating PowerPoint presentations,
- The font size is too small
- Too many sentences
- The placement is not in place
- The choice of colors is less precise
- Using 'Text box' to write and do not use a box prepared
Then how to make a good PowerPoint presentation?
Therefore, I will give you the rules in making a good presentation
- Font size should be used should be 17, not too small, although it could use a font size of 12, but it is better to avoid.
- Do not write all of what will be delivered, just take the core of the presentation, the rest you have to explain verbally.
- If you want to give a picture, give the image a new slide with a layout that has been localized for the image or it could be on the slide with the 'Blank' layout.
- Understand what materials will be delivered, eyes should be fixed on the audience, although occasionally allowed to presentation.
- Write sentences in the box provided, do not use the 'Text Box' except on a slide with the 'Blank' layout.
- Choose the right color. If the background is dark, use a light font color, and vice versa.
- Use animation to taste, do not overdo it, why? Because if you use too much animation, in addition to making the performance becomes severe, it will also lead to the presentation time becomes longer.
- And the last make the presentation as interesting as possible, be able to add video in it or with some quizzes therein.
Some suggestions so that I can convey in making a PowerPoint presentation correctly. I'm sorry if there are some things that may or may not remember to be delivered and also for images that are too few.
